Liz looking amazing in this figure hugging number on BBC London.
Elisabeth Welch sings "Stormy Weather" from Derek Jarman's 1979 adaptation for the screen of William Shakespeare's THE TEMPEST. The scene is the wedding of Prospero's daughter Miranda to Ferdinand, son of the King of Naples. At the request of the Prospero's vassal, the airy spirit Ariel, Elisabeth Welch appears as a goddess to serenade the wedding guests with the ballad "Stormy Weather" (written by Harold Arlen and Ted Koehler in 1933, arranged by Steven Pruslin, performed by Elisabeth Welch, Steven Pruslin and Dave Campbell, and produced by Guy Ford). Posted in memory of Elisabeth Welch 1904-2003 and Derek Jarman 1942-1994.
Yup, another potc video^_^ I used the same melody, which I used in this fan-vid - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ckpBstF9kIg&feature=c4-overview&list=UULoKD-jQqQRrU7qlzfS-pUQ I just love this song. I wanted to use Love & Loss, but I saw amazing video about Will and Elizabeth, and I decided not use this melody) Enjoy:) Soundtrack: "Radium" by The Hit House. All rights belongs for their owners. Made for fun.
This is a story about Elizabeth Bathori
Her blood is ourselves
Clean Hungarian blood...
Dark castle, occult carol sounds
Women are crying, but they are satisfied
Elizabeth didn't sleep tonight
She exorcized her youth by her own eyes
Dead girls are chaperoning her
On her deadly magic-circle's lines
She pricks needles under the ladies' nails
Their frosty bodies are buried alive
Oh how I love to feel your breath
I'd love to be the lover of death
Desires come ture, coil prayers are heard
By Elizabeth Bathori - the countess of my fire!
You are also sacrifice
You will give your blood
Because she must
Have a bath...
"Welcome my youth
More enormous than ever!
By the blood, by the blood everything are cleaned...
Oh yes I've got the magic... Yes I feel I fly
I fly towards the Moon!"
Countess it is your night
You are haunted by your wild desires
Possessed by bestial lust
You are the goddess of the love
She's got insatiable mind
She needs virgins blood anymore
Her flames never die away
